CCP Uganda

CCP Uganda started in 1984 as an initiative of partners from Uganda, UK and the Netherlands. By that time CCP was named as Christian Childcare Project. From 1998 CCP is headed by an International Partnership Board that has 3 partners from the Ugandan executive board and 3 from the Dutch board off CCP Netherlands. The chairperson of the IPB is every two years by rotation an Ugandan or a Dutch representative.

CCP is registered as a company that is legally ruled following a constitution. All members of the board are elected by the board. The chairperson and the treasurer are appointed by the IPB. The members of the executive board are all Christians and volunteers with a burden for the vulnerable children of Uganda.
